With over 30 years of experience has distinguished herself as a competent leader and impassioned advocate for women and children, Gray has been recognized by numerous organizations as an expert in maternal child health, child maltreatment, domestic violence, and patient-family centered care. Gray is the recipient of various awards. Active in her community, Gray has served on numerous local and state boards that impacts the delivery of quality, equitable services to families and communities.
