Erica Anstey, PhD, MA, CLC works for McKing Consulting Corporation as a Program Coordinator and Breastfeeding Specialist in the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion, Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity, and Obesity, on the Maternal, Infant, and Toddler Nutrition Team. She currently serves as a subject matter expert in breastfeeding, leads the development of a range of products and web content, works on the Maternity Practices in Infant Nutrition and Care (mPINC) survey, and studies surveillance data to track breastfeeding disparities. Dr. Anstey is committed to centering racial equity at the core of all her work and believes that dismantling structural racism is a critical component of improving maternal and child health outcomes.
