Dottie Schell is a public health nurse. Dottie has spent her entire career working in Maternal Child Health and has long been an advocate for children and their families. She works for the PA Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics (PAAAP) as the Director of Breastfeeding Programs. The breastfeeding programs are: Breastfeeding Education, Support and Training (EPIC BEST), the Keystone 10 Breastfeeding Initiative, BEST PLUS, and First Food. Ms. Schell received her Bachelor of Science from the University of St. Francis and her degree in nursing from Montgomery Hospital School of Nursing. Dottie is a Certified Lactation Counselor, a Certified Childbirth Educator
