Cynthia Jackson, LM, CPM

Cynthia Jackson is a Licensed, Certified Professional Midwife in the state of MI. She is the founder of Sacred Rose Midwifery where she provides homebirth midwifery care for Metro Detroit families. Before her current role as a homebirth midwife she worked in the community as a birth doula for 15+ years, childbirth educator, and community-based doula trainer at BMBFA. Cynthia is very passionate about educating her community on the important role of doulas and midwives and she is committed to improving the infant and maternal mortality rates and birth outcomes for Black families in Detroit through education, equity, and training more Black doulas and midwives.
