Learn about Breastfeeding 101 (1.0 hours)
1. Participant will be able to recall at least one benefit from each of the following: benefit to the mother, father, baby and community.
2. Participant will have a greater understanding of how breastfeeding benefits the family and society by stating various benefits.
3. Participant will be able to describe the signs that baby is receiving enough nutrition.
4. Participant will be able to describe the stages of lactation and how milk is made.
5. Participant will be able to identify common issues in breastfeeding and how to preventive and/or solve those issues.
